Our quality program is based on a stable processing environment. Our injection molding machines are state-of-the-art, computer controlled units with matched barrels, screws and mixing heads, all maintained to assure reliable, repeatable processing. All machines are served by in-ground dual loop chilled cooling water. Every molded part has a documented process book, which lists all specs, and records the details of each production run. In-process and post-process quality control measures -specified by the customer- are performed by trained personnel, then double-checked and documented by our Q.A. staff.
